How much do shipments cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €50. The shipping cost for an order under €50 is €5.00.
*SATURDAY DELIVERY: It is a free shipping method for orders over €75. For orders under €75, it costs €10.
How do I track my shipment?
When you place your order correctly you will receive an order confirmation email. When the warehouse creates the label, you will receive a new email with the tracking code, and you will receive another email when the carrier picks up the order from our facilities.
You will be able to follow the status of your order at all times. Please contact us if you have not received the tracking code.
How do Saturday deliveries work?
Delivery will be enabled with delivery on Saturday, from Thursday at 5:00 p.m. to Friday at 5:00 p.m., where you can choose to receive the order on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
It is free on orders over €75 and costs €10 on shopping carts under €75.

Can I place an order and receive it at a delivery point?
If it is more convenient for you, due to schedules or the area where you live, you have the option of sending to a delivery point. You can choose both NACEX (https://www.nacex.es/irCerca.do) and MRW (https://pointmap.mrw.es) delivery points. With Correos express, it is only possible for orders paid by card or bank transfer.
Please leave it written in the order notes indicating the delivery point and the shipping agency.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands included), and Portugal.
Can I return my order?
When you receive the order, contact us at 24 in case there is a problem with the product.
