How do I level up?

What do I need to unlock each level?

You need a certain number of Points and successful referrals to unlock each level.

The Forest
To enter you need: 0 – 99 points.
Refuge
To invoice you need: 100 – 249 points.
Village
For check-in you need: 250 – 749 points.
Temple
To invoice you need: 750 or more points.

What are points?

Points are like euros, but better. Points is what you need to level up in the Grillz Kingdom and get cash for purchases. Go to “How do I level up?” to learn more about earning them.

Where do I check my points?

You can check your points balance in the Grillz Kingdom dashboard.

How can I access my coupons?

In your My Account and My Coupon section in your Kingdom Grillz account area will update to reflect your Coupon as well once it is available to redeem. Once you get to the checkout, you’ll have to add your coupon code in the box. Your maximum discount between the code LOYALTY and the points is €20.

When will I receive my points?

You will see the update of your account area to show the coupon you just won. If you don’t see your voucher by email, please contact [email protected].

Have my points expired?

All good things must come to an end. Your points expire every 6 months. But don’t worry, I’ll let you know before it’s too late to make sure you don’t miss it.

What do I have to spend to redeem my points?

To redeem your voucher on your next order, you will need to place an order of more than €30 for it to apply. If you have a €10 coupon, this means that your order will be reduced to €20, and so on. If you don’t know how to spend your previously earned points, we’ll always be here to help.

Can I redeem my points and multiple coupons in one transaction?

No. Only one coupon can be redeemed at a time. If you have multiple coupons in your account, you can choose which coupon to redeem at checkout using the button to select and apply to your order.

If you can redeem your points (up to a maximum of €10) together with the coupon LOYALTY5 or LOYALTY10 depending on the level you are in.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY FREE PRODUCT WHEN I UPGRADE?

In the next order you will receive your gift sample corresponding to the level you passed.

When will I see my points balance update?

Your Points balance should update almost instantly. There are some areas that take a little longer to update, for example, receiving new coupons and leveling within your account area. You’ll know when your points balance has been updated, as you’ll receive an email letting you know how many you’ve earned on your last action.

When will I see that I have leveled my account?

This should be visible within 30 minutes to an hour of leveling. You’ll see your points balance update almost immediately, but you may not see your account section level up for another 30 minutes or so. You’ll know when your account has been leveled and you’ll receive an email to confirm that you’re at the next level.

How do I know how many points I have until I reach the next level?

You can find your Points balance and how far you are from the next level in the My Account section within your Grillz Kingdom area. You’ll see a scale that will also show you the number of points you need to level up.

How will I know if my points have been successful?

You can check your points balance in the Grillz Kingdom dashboard.

How do I know if I’m going to go down a level?

I’ll send you an email to let you know if you’re at risk of being demoted. It’s pretty simple, you just have to keep earning points.

Do I get points for buying Gorilla Grillz in a physical store?

Unfortunately, no. Points can only be earned on gorillagrillz.com.

I bought something but I didn’t receive points. What’s going on?

I shared Gorilla Grillz with a friend on social media, why don’t I have extra points?

You can’t score points just by talking about GG on social platforms. You have to make sure your friend uses your code!

HOW DO REFERRAL DISCOUNTS WORK?

Each level has a different discount for each referred friend. Your friend will have the same discount code as you.

25 GG points for each friend successfully referred.

These discounts do not stack. The same discount is given for each friend successfully referred.

PS: The new friend will only receive their discount if they are someone who hasn’t shopped at gorillagrillz.com before.

These discounts cannot be used with any other offer and must be used within 2 months of receiving the email.

WHAT MAKES A “SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL”?

When your friend buys using the code you see in your Grillz Kingdom section. That’s a referred friend and a discount on your pocket. Remember, they have to be a new customer.

HOW DO I LEAVE A PRODUCT REVIEW?

CBD product reviews are only accessible to customers after purchasing that product. These reviews are emailed to customers 2 weeks after purchase, so stay tuned to leave your feedback on our CBD products.

How do I receive my benefits?

Why am I not receiving emails about Reino Grillz?

Your email may have been registered incorrectly in the system. Please check that your details are correct in the Account Details section of the Reino Grillz dashboard. Don’t forget to check your spam email as well.
