Reino Grillz (also known as the Gorilla Grillz Loyalty Program) is a customer rewards program (“Program”) administered and directed by Southern Pharma Spain SL (“Gorilla Grillz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for the benefit of customers (“Customer” or “you”). The program is automatic in: the creation of a client file by providing personal information for the Gorilla Grillz database (“client file”) online via the program registration box in gorillagrillz.com. CALCULATING POINTS IN THE GRILLZ KINGDOM
Purchases in our online store will be converted into points as long as you use the email address associated with your Reino Grillz account. Reino GrillzReino Grillz k excludes returns, refunds, shipping charges and the purchase of gift cards. Kingdom Grillz expense includes taxes as in any other order. Your spend at Reino Grillz will be calculated and accumulated over a period of 12 months and your points balance is accessible in real-time. Gorilla Grillz reserves the right to change point balances if it believes someone is unfairly accumulating points not within the rules set forth herein. Points earned as part of this loyalty program are not redeemable as cash or monetary value.KINGDOM GRILLZ LEVELS:
As part of the Program, you will unlock the levels of Grillz Kingdom by purchasing products in our online store and/or performing certain point-earning behaviors: THE FOREST – You need 0-99 points. SHELTER – You need 100 – 249 points. VILLAGE – You need 250 – 749 points. TEMPLE – You need more than 750 points. Once you unlock a Grillz Kingdom level, you will keep this level for 3 months. To remain at this level before the expiration of 3 months, it is necessary to earn the minimum points assigned to each license. Any transaction that occurs at one of Gorilla Grillz’s partner stores will not count towards the Reino Grillz Loyalty Program. Orders placed online can take up to 36 hours to be reflected in a customer’s dashboard. To the extent that a Grillz Kingdom level has been reached by you in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise incorrectly assigned, including as a result of an error on the part of Gorilla Grillz, we may adjust your Grillz Kingdom level to the extent necessary to address the breach or error (as the context allows). When a Customer obtains a refund or refund for goods purchased from Gorilla Grillz, an adjustment is also made to the Grillz Kingdom’s account for the amount of the refund granted.REFERRALS
These terms and conditions apply to the reference component of Gorilla Grillz’s Reino Grillz program. By referring a friend, the referring customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Program is administered by Yithemes.com, Inc. (“YITH”)Use of the Program is governed by the terms and conditions of Yithemes.com in addition to the terms and conditions set forth below: A Referral is defined as a purchase made by a customer (the referred customer) through the exclusive use of another customer’s (the referred customer’s) referral discount code. If a referred customer does not use/redeem this unique discount code to make a purchase, this purchase will not count as a referral. For each one-time purchase made by a customer due to a referral, the referring customer will get the discount amount returned as part of the program. References are subject to verification, must be a new Gorilla Grillz customer. Any transaction from another customer online cannot be transferred to a different customer in order for someone else to earn Kingdom Grillz points. There can only be one customer per Reino Grillz membership. Transactions from multiple customer files cannot be merged into a single Kingdom Grillz spend amount. It is your responsibility to make sure that Gorilla Grillz only has one client file for you. If you suspect that you have more than one customer file, please contact our customer support team. Grillz Kingdom Points may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Reino Grillz points have no monetary or cash value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalentREWARDS/BENEFITS
Any rewards, gifts, benefits, or offers communicated as part of the Grillz Kingdom Loyalty Program may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiration dates and redemption conditions. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Only Reino Grillz members who receive communications from us are eligible to use and redeem any reward, gift, benefit, or offer. All offers, gifts, benefits, or rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent. All Grillz Kingdom gifts, benefits, or offers are subject to availability. Gorilla Grillz is not responsible for any rewards, gifts, benefits, or offers that are not available for any reason. If you have opted out of receiving communications from the Grillz Kingdom from us, you will not be able to receive any rewards or benefits from the program. Gorilla Grillz reserves the right to change or withdraw the rewards and gifts of Reino Grillz and these terms at any time without notice.EXCLUSIVE CONTENT

You must inform Gorilla Grillz of any name or email address changes through your Reino Grillz account. Gorilla Grillz is not responsible for your failure to notify us of your data change, which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of communications and rewards, gifts or benefits from Grillz Kingdom or the loss or downgrading of a Grillz Kingdom level. Changes to your data can be made through your Reino Grillz account.SUSPENSION AND/OR TERMINATION
Gorilla Grillz may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Reino Grillz Program without notice if: (a) you have violated these Terms and Conditions; (b) you have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to Gorilla Grillz, the Grillz Kingdom or its customer file; (c) you have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Gorilla Grillz; (d) you have provided or are attempting to provide false or misleading information to Gorilla Grillz; (e) you are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any prize, gift, offer or benefit of Gorilla Grillz other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; (f) act in a hostile, abusive, or aggressive manner against any Gorilla grillz personnel; or (g) bankrupt. When your entitlement to participate in the Grillzl Kingdom Program is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards, and Grillz Kingdom entitlements and levels that you may have at that time under the Grillz Kingdom will be suspended or terminated (as the case may be). The Client’s participation in the Hotel’s Pink Program may be terminated by Frank Body or by the Client by giving the other party at least 30 days’ written notice.WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
All conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities or other terms which may be implied or imposed by custom, under general law or by law, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, physical condition or safety of the goods or services supplied under the Reino Grillz Program (“Warranties”), are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any condition, warranty or other obligation, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other national, state or territorial law (the “Laws”) where this is unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, where the benefit of any such conditions, warranty or other obligation is conferred on the Customer pursuant to any of the Acts, Gorilla Grillz’s sole liability for breach of any such condition, warranty or other obligation is limited to:- in the case of goods, the supply of goods or services again or the payment of costs arising from the supply of goods or services again;
- in the case of any claim relating to points, to the crediting of that number of points to the customer’s account, or
- in the event of any claim related to a reward, to credit the number of redeemable points for that reward to your Reino Grillz Program account.
